Territory Manager Responsibilities- Build and manage a strong territory sales pipeline
- Prospect, sign, and onboard new dealership partners
- Grow and retain relationships with existing accounts
- Train dealership teams on NVP products and sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to support partner success
- Track performance metrics, CRM activity, and market trends
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in your region
- Must reside in the Minneapolis area
- B2B sales experience (automotive industry an plus)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and competitive mindset
- Ability to work independently in a field‑based role
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Base salary + uncapped commission structure – your income reflects your performance
- Average earnings: $100,000‑$200,000 annually
- Top performers: $250,000–$500,000 annually
