Job Overview

NORTH STAR CONNECT GROUP LTD, a provider of specialist telecommunications services, is seeking a motivated and organised Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, and contributing to our continued growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Process sales orders, quotations, and contracts with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update customer information and sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and professional responses regarding our communication solutions and connectivity services.
  • Assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Liaise with internal departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to delivery.
  • Support the sales team in following up on leads and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service capacity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using CRM software is highly desirable.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
