- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- 2–3 years successful B2B sales experience with a true “hunter” mindset and passion for over achievement.
- Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a plus.
- Superior communicator, negotiator, and problem solver with meticulous follow-up.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- CRM systems and Microsoft Office skills required.
- Ready to lift, bend, and walk in the field as needed to succeed.
