About the Job:This is a fast-paced, in-office role focused on lead generation, quote creation, and supporting our outside sales team. You’ll be at the center of daily sales activity—connecting with customers, following up on opportunities, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You are the engine behind revenue growth and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound cold calls and emails.
- Consultative Selling: Create accurate quotes for customers and follow up diligently with new and existing customers.
- Product Expertise: Become the “go-to” expert for our sanitation, safety, and climate‑control solutions, providing technical guidance to customers or other team members.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Partner within your department and across the company to deliver seamless service. - Market Growth: Help expand our footprint by identifying emerging local projects and opportunities.
- SME expert: taking escalated calls from customer experience team to provide customers with specialized solutions and generating quotes/sales.
- Making 30+ outbound calls/emails to generate opportunities.
- Building and sending quotes for inbound customers; follow‑up within 24 hours.
- Coordinating with outside reps for streamlined customer experience.
- Tracking all activity in Sales Force.
- In the office acting as an escalation point for customer service, subject‑matter expert, and supporting outside office sales reps. This is a high‑urgency, high‑follow‑up role.
- You take Initiative: You seek to learn about the organization and our customers. You follow‑up, track, and close loops quickly. You make outbound calls day.
- You are Results‑Driven: You possess strong communication skills and are determined to provide rapid follow‑ups, always listening to the customer’s needs to find the perfect solution.
- You are Tech‑Savvy: You have the computer skills necessary to navigate CRM tools (Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office suite efficiently.

- Minimum of two‑year previous sales experience, preferably in the construction market.
- Must be a self‑starter and act with urgency.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication: within company to all different levels, with customers.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, CRM, Salesforce).
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
