Allegion is expanding our team. We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to represent our AD Systems and Unicel Architectural product lines across the Central Midwest U.S. This role covers: NE, KS, MO, IA, MN, IL (excluding Chicago), ND, and SD. Ideal candidate will live in Kansas or Minnesota.

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.).

• Partner with architects to drive specifications and deliver product education, including AIA presentations
• Build relationships with glaziers and support them throughout the project cycle
• Engage with end-users to increase product visibility and influence project decisions
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings
• Utilize CRM tools including Microsoft Dynamics to manage your territory and pipeline

• Minimum 3+ years of experience calling on architects
• Knowledge of glass and aluminum systems (preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 40%
• Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable working independently

This range is provided by Allegion. The actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• The expected Base Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000. Actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors allowed by law.
