- At least 2 years of professional experience and at least 1 year of staffing experience
- A High School Diploma;
Bachelor's degree considered an asset - Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
- Minimum 3 years experience in recruiting white‑collar positions
- Knowledge of recruiting blue‑collar positions is considered an asset
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales
- Experience in a 360‑desk recruitment role
- Knowledge of Greater Toronto Area market considered an asset
- Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, Avature, Job App)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Highly sales‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Autonomous with a strong sense of urgency, detail oriented, and at ease with multitasking
