• At least 2 years of professional experience and at least 1 year of staffing experience
• A High School Diploma;
  Bachelor's degree considered an asset
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
• Minimum 3 years experience in recruiting white‑collar positions
• Knowledge of recruiting blue‑collar positions is considered an asset
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales
• Experience in a 360‑desk recruitment role
• Knowledge of Greater Toronto Area market considered an asset
• Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, Avature, Job App)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Highly sales‑oriented with strong organizational skills
• Autonomous with a strong sense of urgency, detail oriented, and at ease with multitasking
