Build how we — and our customers — turn the product into better reps. Own onboarding, playbooks, and the coaching content that makes Sell Sig land, drawing on real call patterns to teach what actually works.
What you'll do- Design and run enablement: onboarding, playbooks, talk tracks, and certification.
- Translate winning patterns from real calls into teachable, repeatable plays.
- Build the content that helps customers adopt and get value fast.
- Partner with sales and CS to close skill gaps and lift conversion and ramp.
- Measure enablement impact and iterate on what moves the numbers.
- 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a high-performing sales role.
- Deep understanding of modern sales methodology and objection handling.
- Strong content and facilitation skills; you make complex things simple.
- Data-minded — you tie enablement to ramp, conversion, and quota attainment.
- Excellent written communication for an async team.
- Experience at a sales-tooling or conversation‑intelligence company.
- Built enablement programs from scratch.
- Hands‑on with CRM and sales‑engagement tooling.
