Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Sales Administrator
Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordination position provides operational and sales support to sales personnel for Ziegler Inc.
Duties include:
supporting sales representatives with securing inventory, walk‑in traffic, creating agreements, facilitating transportation, invoicing, and warranty enrollment of machines. Candidates must be willing to work in a fast‑paced environment, work well under pressure, possess the ability to reason with all personality types, take direction from others, multi‑task, and meet short timelines.
- Serves as main line of support for sales representatives
- Point of contact for walk‑in traffic and area customers
- Creates and maintains sale and lease agreements
- Schedules trucking and/or shipping of equipment to customer sites
- Finalizes invoices and credits for transactions
- Handles any additional special projects as needed
- Manages a large number of transactions for high‑functioning salespeople
- Performs additional administrative tasks as required
- Keeps up‑to‑date and accurate records
- Creates sales or lease contracts timely and processes invoices
- Multitasks on technical issues
- Follows up with sales representatives via phone and other interactions
- Works cooperatively with team and employees
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2‑ or 4‑year degree preferred or comparable work experience
- Customer focus, problem solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision
- 1‑3 years experience performing customer service and/or administrative support
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Range$26.85 to $32.21. Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education, and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending on the applicant’s location.
