SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in the heart of the digital marketing landscape. This is not a position for an inside sales person that waits for the phone to ring. Our team goes out and develops relationships every day no matter where you are. You thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and growing current business. - New Business Acquisition: Aggressively prospect and generate new B2B leads through field canvassing, networking, cold outreach, and relationship building within the local/regional business community.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery meetings with C-suite executives and business owners to understand their business challenges and digital needs.
- Solution Scoping & Pitching: Partner with our internal technical and creative teams to develop customized, high-impact proposals for web design, development, and digital marketing strategies.
- Deal Closure: Deliver compelling presentations and pitches, handle objections masterfully, and negotiate contracts to close high-ticket, recurring-revenue deals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust, accurate sales pipeline within our CRM (e.g., Hub Spot/Salesforce), managing deals from initial contact to contract signing.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital marketing technologies to position our agency as the premier choice.
- Experience: 5 to 7+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience
, ideally selling digital marketing services, web development, SaaS, or tech solutions. - Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including web design frameworks, SEO, PPC (Google Ads/Meta), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and social media marketing.
- Proven Track Record: A documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, securing mid‑market accounts, and managing long sales cycles.
- Rolodex/Network: An existing network of local business owners, marketing directors, or C‑level executives is highly preferred.
- Communication

Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills. You must be comfortable pitching to rooms of executive decision‑makers. - Mobility: Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for face‑to‑face client meetings.
