Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
  • Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home‑office colleagues to deliver access support.
  • Use market/competitive insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
  • Use territory data and trends to generate local insights, support pull‑through efforts, and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
  • Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex challenges across functions.
  • Provide real‑time access support and partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
  • Use digital tools and omni‑channel outreach to engage customers virtually and face‑to‑face.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years (or per level) experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams (Associate level: limited sales experience encouraged).
  • Proven high performance in navigating/selling to large accounts.
  • Self‑starter with analytic/problem‑solving skills and ethical/compliance leadership.
  • Reside in territory (or within 50 miles of territory border); travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
  • Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy‑and‑bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Benefits/Compensation

Performance cash incentive; possible annual equity (by level). Salary ranges:
Associate $77k–$143k; TAS $93.8k–$174.2k;
Senior $119.7k–$222.3k;
Executive $132.3k–$245.7k. Comprehensive benefits and time off.

Additional
  • Driving is an essential function; fully valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.
  • For field roles with dedicated training: complete initial training/home study (≤8 hrs/day, ≤40 hrs/week).
