• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and community organizations to promote and drive growth for a physician‑led medical group.
• Report to the Director of Business Development.
• Prospect, cultivate, and develop new referral relationships across healthcare and senior living networks while building strong partnerships with community providers and key stakeholders.
• Secure one new contract per month during the first three months and progress to two new contracts per month following the initial ramp‑up period.
• Open new community referral channels, navigate gatekeeping staff, and secure new business with key healthcare decision‑makers throughout Minnesota.
• Competitive nature, proven track record of achieving sales goals, strong understanding of performance metrics; excellent organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven sales experience within hospice or healthcare, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Base salary $100,000 - $130,000 plus unlimited earning potential in commission annually.
• Eligibility for other benefits including health insurance, retirement benefits, and bonuses.

Golden Valley, Minnesota (five miles west of downtown Minneapolis). Golden Valley is adjacent to major corporate headquarters such as General Mills, Honeywell, Allianz Life, and Pentair.
