Print Hardware Sales Representative – US Retail

Job Summary
This role is responsible for acting as an expert for partners, fostering strategic relationships to propel overall organizational growth. The role collaborates with key partners, assesses risks, rationalizes investments, manages conflicts, provides mentorship, and directs sales efforts to ensure operational success.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an expert to partners for a wide range of complex information regarding the organization’s offerings, promotions, and configurations.
  • Develop strategic relationships with partners to grow the organization’s overall business and ensure long‑term opportunities.
  • Work with large partner accounts to perform risk assessment and provide business rationale for investments.
  • Develop and maintain account plans to promote sales growth and broaden the organization’s footprint in target industries and customers.
  • Navigate and resolve conflicts or disagreements between partners and the organization to maintain a positive relationship.
  • Set revenue targets, monitor performance against targets and KPIs, and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to lower‑level employees, ensuring operational and strategic plans are realized.
  • Engage in transactional and relationship selling while directing sales professionals and achieving sales quotas.
  • Drive the evolution of partner engagement strategies based on feedback, market changes, and performance data.
Education & Experience
  • Four‑year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 10+ years of experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field.

Compensation

The on‑target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $162,050 to $230,450 USD annually with an 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
