Job Summary

You will be responsible for educating advisors and promoting Structured Products and Alternative Investments through inbound and outbound calls across assigned advisor channels. The role includes assisting advisors with product features and benefits, competitive analysis, and product positioning, supporting client/advisor needs, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively conduct outbound calls to advisors in the assigned region.
  • Ensure a high level of advisor satisfaction by responding to inbound calls and emails to provide technical expertise on sales strategies, product rules/regulations, and solutions to drive sales.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with product partners and other company stakeholders.
  • Accurately track all activity in  and track/submit all business expenses in Concur Expense Management system.
  • Provide support and participate in advisor/client presentations and field‑facing events as required.
  • Travel within the region as required to participate in one‑on‑one advisor sales calls, client events, and/or deliver group presentations.
  • Partner with subject matter experts across the firm and outside of the firm to continually improve the quality of advice given to advisors, including supporting development of new strategies and ongoing maintenance of existing processes, tools, and services.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in the financial services industry, financial sales, or financial wholesaling.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Active Series 7 license.
  • Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 120 days.
  • Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 120 days.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Structured Products and/or Alternative Investments.
  • Financial industry experience, preferably in sales and/or wholesaling.
  • Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent telephone communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport and credibility quickly.
  • Demonstrated sales and coaching experience.
  • Solid presentation skills for use in one‑on‑one settings as well as infrequent large group settings.
  • Ability to work in a sales‑oriented team environment.
Compensation & Benefits

Estimated base salary: $87,400 – $120,200 per year.

Variable pay opportunities include bonus, commissions, and/or long‑term incentives depending on role.
