Key Responsibilities:- Establish and cultivate relationships with:
- Urology clinics
- Private practices
- Urgent care centers
- Assisted living and senior care facilities
- Drive new business acquisition and increase specimen volume
- Utilize existing industry connections in urology and diagnostics to drive growth
- Educate healthcare partners on the clinical and operational advantages of the testing platform
- Expand territory coverage and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales of urology testing or diagnostic laboratory services
- Preferred possession of an established client base and active provider relationships
- Proven track record of increasing specimen volume
- In-depth understanding of the diagnostics and lab sales landscape
- Self-motivated individual with exceptional relationship-building skills
- Base salary ranging from $75,000 to $110,000 based on experience level
