What are we looking for

At Stone Systems we are looking for a Roadshow Lead Generator located in Minneapolis, MN who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

Commission per lead and commission per sale generated up to $50 dollars per customer.

Car Allowance of $1k a month to cover the car expenses.

Junior/Entry level experience.

What you will do

The Roadshow Lead Generator is responsible for generating Sales Leads in one of our biggest National Account clients: “Costco”. This person will conduct Roadshows in different stores throughout the appointed territory, visiting different stores per week depending on a calendar previously arranged. Each Roadshow should take an average of 10 hours to complete and should generate between 5 and 10 “Leads” a day;

these leads will then be attended by a Sales Rep who will ensure the Sale is accomplished. The position will receive a bonification if the “Lead” converts to a “Visit”, and an extra bonification if that “Visit” transforms into a “Sale”.

Job Expectations
  • Managing customer relationships: expectations, needs, concerns, questions, etc., to encourage the sale of new products.
  • Generating Leads through interaction with the public in stores.
  • Promoting new color launches and special finishes (edges/profiles), and new applications such as walls, facades, and showers.
  • Ensuring attention to detail by accurately compiling potential clients’ information so they can be contacted by the Sales Representative.
  • Visiting Costco stores according to planned schedules and ensuring we generate enough “Leads.”
  • Ensuring all paperwork is correct and signed between the customer and you, and providing the Sales Rep with the final information.
  • Submitting daily reports through a computer or tablet with a summary of the day, including information and accomplishments of the Roadshow.
  • Providing product knowledge to customers and technical advantages.
  • Completing other tasks as assigned by management.
What you need to succeed

Professional Experience

  • Sales (1-2 years)

  • Outside Sales (1-2 years)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
