Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually

We specialize in evaluating each customer’s application and providing the most efficient and effective air system solution.
We are seeking an individual to fill our position of Commercial Sales Representative for the Metropolitan Minneapolis area and surrounding territories.
Selected candidate will:- Be trained to use our proven 360 Selling model to design and sell our quality air systems
- Call on end-customers in the territory to promote and sell air compressors up to 40 horsepower
- Use a variety of Kaeser-provided sales tools to professionally represent Kaeser.
- Reach and maintain sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bi‑lingual preferred (English and Spanish)
- A mechanical aptitude
- Proven time/territorial management skills
- Clean driving record (Required)
- PC literacy, to include Google Workspace
This is a salary plus commission position, with an annual range of $80, (with uncapped earning potential), to commensurate with experience and performance. We will gladly train the candidate that meets most essential criteria.
