• Guide home buyers through the home buying journey using the LGI way to deliver results and outstanding customer service.
• Represent LGI Homes with a professional approach, focusing on customer satisfaction and sales performance.

• Proven sales track record with a competitive spirit and a passion for achieving strong results.
• Strong communication skills, whether meeting clients face-to-face or over the phone.
• Experience in a commission-based role is preferred.
• Weekend work is a required aspect of this position.

• Commission: 2.5% on all closed sales under $500,000; 2.0% on all closed sales over $500,000.
• Bonus structure:
  Payments at various levels of closed sales achievement within a calendar year ($5,000 – $150,000 based on units or volume closed).
