You’re comfortable working independently, creating your own pipeline, and staying disciplined with activity. You don’t wait for inbound—you go find it.
You must have prior success selling products or services into organizations where relationships drive repeat business. You’ve worked with decision-makers—owners, marketing leaders, or program managers—and know how to stay relevant over time.
You’ve succeeded in environments where:
- You had to generate your own opportunities
- Competition was high and differentiation mattered
- Follow-up and consistency drove results
This is a business development role focused on building new relationships and growing accounts over time. You’ll be expected to prospect, network, and create opportunities within organizations that use branded apparel and promotional products.
The hard part is standing out in a crowded market. Many competitors can offer similar products but success comes from how you build relationships, position ideas, and stay in front of customers.
You will own the sales process from initial outreach through repeat business, building a book of accounts that generates ongoing revenue.

You will be selling custom branded apparel and promotional products in a competitive market. Sales cycles range from a few weeks to a few months. Success comes from consistency, creativity, and your ability to stay relevant with customers over time.
Compensation- First-year target earnings: $95–110K
