Sales Leader, Bankcard

Role Overview

The Sales Executive Leadership – Bankcard role leads the Commercial Payments Solutions (CPS) Bankcard growth strategy within the Specialized Industries Verticals of the Institutional Client Group (ICG). The position drives acquisition, portfolio expansion, cross‑sell execution, and strategic client engagement across priority market segments, contributing to the broader PMI Sales Distribution strategy focused on revenue acceleration, unified sales execution, client growth, and increasing wallet share.

• Lead and grow the CPS Bankcard business within specialized industry verticals.
• Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing relationships.
• Execute cross‑sell strategies and increase share of wallet.
• Develop and manage a high‑performance sales team.
• Coordinate enterprise account planning and cross‑product orchestration.
• Govern pipeline, develop strategic vertical initiatives, and achieve long‑term revenue and pipeline objectives.
• Represent Bankcard interests in senior leadership and strategic planning discussions.

• BA or MBA in finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services.
• 8+ years of management experience developing sales teams.
• Experience in payments, treasury, or a regulated industry preferred.
