Aston Carter is hiring a Sales Representative (Field Based) in Minneapolis, MN on a hybrid contract‑to‑hire basis. You will recruit and onboard local businesses into a partner network, balancing inside sales and field outreach, with an uncapped commission structure and a monthly phone stipend.
Base pay plus uncapped commission is offered, with two weeks PTO after six months and long‑term growth in sales and account management. This is a hybrid Minneapolis role with travel within the market.
