Responsibilities- Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings with clients and research.
- Consistent daily cold‑calling and nurture existing business using our full suite of products.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and use storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data.
- Self‑motivated, go‑getter attitude with excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills; persuasive communicator. Described as goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive.
- Able to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients.
- A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
- Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
- Strong problem‑solving skills; leveraging them to help business grow to its fullest potential.
- Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks according to shifting priorities.
- Nice‑to‑haves include experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics experience, audio advertising background, and a strong network in the market.
- Uncapped commission and the ability to grow business across local, regional, and national levels.

- Week 1:
Complete onboarding journey for deep understanding of company, job‑specific trainings, and spend time with your team. - Week 2:
Spend more time with your manager to ensure alignment on work and communication styles, priorities, and expectations. - Week 3:

Prioritize a 30‑day check‑in to review any additional needs for success.

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other qualifications, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position is eligible for commissions.
