Sales Representative , Spine - Twin

• Maintain, manage, and track consignments and loaner inventory, ensuring minimal non‑usage and flight usage.
• Provide territory case coverage and manage accounts within the assigned region.
• Prepare and submit call reports as required by the District Sales Manager.
• Keep up‑to‑date customer record books and related documents in accordance with District Sales Manager’s instructions.
• Aggressively solicit orders from present and prospective customers for assigned products.
• Identify new customers and develop action plans as directed by the District Sales Manager.
• Resolve customer complaints following Medtronic Spinal policies, and advise management of any issue beyond scope of authority.
• Recommend additions, modifications, or deletions of products within the line as appropriate.
• Complete all required product and sales‑related training curriculum.
• Meet or exceed sales quota and company market share in the assigned territory.
• Attend sales meetings, training programs, and conventions as directed.
• Identify selling opportunities and collaborate with other sales representatives to increase sales in their respective accounts.
• Comply with all Medtronic Spinal policies.
• Work weekends, evenings, and holidays on an emergency basis as required.
• Travel within the territory and maintain a valid driver’s license; active vehicle insurance and a clean driving record are required.

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years of related experience
  * OR*
• Associate’s Degree AND 2+ years of related experience
  * OR*
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people and personalities.
• Experience in operating room, ortho, spine, or O.R. settings strongly preferred.
• Local qualified candidates and those with prior Medtronic experience will receive preference.

• Regularly required to be independently mobile; communication with peers and collaborators; use of computer for extended periods.
• Occasionally required to sit and reach; frequently required to stand, walk, and handle tools or controls.
• Must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Normal vision required; specific vision abilities as needed for tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance; driving record reviewed as part of application.
• Travel is required within the assigned territory.

Competitive base salary (US $60,000–60,000), health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, 401(k) with employer match, incentive plan, paid time off, paid holidays, and employee stock purchase plan.
