Bottleless Nation is a purpose-driven water solutions company specializing in sustainable bottleless water and ice systems for businesses.

Bottleless Nation is seeking an Outside B2B Account Executive for the Southern Minneapolis market.

• Local travel to potential prospects in the southern Minneapolis market and surrounding areas.
• Actively present our company and premium products to new businesses.
• Physically cold call companies within your territory.
• Follow up on company‑provided and self‑generated leads and referrals.
• Update CRM, complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Self‑starter with solid prospecting skills – this is a “Hunter” role.
• Personable, energetic, tenacious, and commission‑driven.
• Activity‑minded, with solid planning and time management skills.
• Outside B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Base salary plus uncapped monthly commission and monthly bonuses.
• 401(k) with a company match.
• Monthly fixed expense allowance, logo wear, and iPad.
• Large local and protected territories with exclusive partnerships.
• Field, classroom, and ongoing training/support.
• Annual President’s Club trip for exceptional performers.

• Realistic first‑year total compensation earning potential of $100,000 - $120,000.
• Unlimited income potential – no caps on commission or monthly bonuses.
• Top 20% earn between $200,000 and $250,000 annually.
