For the past four years, we’ve partnered with top‑tier nursing and skilled care facilities nationwide to manage pain and enhance therapy outcomes, helping thousands of patients regain independence and comfort.

Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full‑time, traveling field sales role that will work directly with facility staff. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities with pre‑identified skilled nursing facilities. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include prospecting and gathering facility leads, setting introductory meetings with facility staff, managing a sales pipeline within the Hub Spot CRM, and re‑engaging past opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and gather facility leads.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within healthcare or related services.
  • Strong skills in relationship‑building, networking, and stakeholder management to engage providers and facility leadership.
  • Proficiency in communication, including presenting new ideas, and maintaining professional correspondence.
  • Ability to manage a structured sales pipeline and CRM tools.
  • Solid organizational and time‑management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working on‑site and collaborating cross‑functionally with clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
  • A genuinely kind and curious demeanor in the face of rejection.
  • A persistent demeanor and a desire to learn everything you can about the industry.
Compensation

The pay range for this role is: 100,000 – 150,000 USD per year (Remote).
