You’ll be in homes. Sometimes comfortable, sometimes not. You’ll sit across from homeowners who just got told their 20-year-old furnace needs to go, who are stressed about the cost, and who are deciding in real time whether they trust you. Some will buy. Some won’t. You’ll lose deals you thought you had and close ones that surprised you.

You’ll build your own pipeline alongside the leads we send. Working the customer database. Following up on unsold consultations. Staying in front of Comfort Club members. Nobody hands you a full calendar and tells you to go close.
