Software Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Increase Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base
• Increase client engagement with existing software clients
• Grow the SaaS client base through new sales
• Call on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities to meet a predetermined sales quota
• Deliver operational excellence in defined processes and requirements
• Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably in a SaaS role or company)
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) role required
• Industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships.
• Time and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing schedules or conflicting demands
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new programs and systems.
• Must live local to the city of the job posting (within a 1-hour commute)

Demonstrates strong sales acumen with over 3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in SaaS environments, while effectively managing client relationships and driving engagement. Proficient in operational excellence and adept at navigating multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales cycle.
