• Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85 per hour
• Target annual commission: $13,200 (guaranteed during onboarding up to 2 months)
• Consistent 5‑day, 40‑hour work week
• Medical, Dental, Vision (50%)
• 401(k) match up to 7%
• Paid time off eligibility after 30 days (up to 19 days annually)

• Work inside a premium automotive dealership as the tire sales expert, building trust with customers.
• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive after a fully paid training program.
• Perform quick visual inspections, identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales while building relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.).

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal‑driven, customer‑facing environment.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).
