Job Title
Location:
Region/Market/Where do you prefer this person live? Preferably North Mississippi (Oxford, Tupelo, Desoto County)
Territory they will cover:
North Mississippi (top 3rd)
Daily Travel (up to %): 50%
Overnight Travel: minimal most will be day travel
Relocation:
Only if absolutely necessary
Backfill/Incremental (if backfill, who are they back filling):
Travis (Spencer) Johnson
Car/MOTUS allowance?:
Yes (no car but MOTUS is provided – good structure)
Interview Process: 2-3 Rounds, Final will be onsite (lunch/dinner)
Top Skills & Educational requirements
- Required:
Strong contractor and/or engineering relationship-building skills, distribution experience, self-driven, adaptable - Desired:
Experience in construction or distribution, familiarity with engineering specs, sales background
Prefer 3 years' experience, not required if candidate has strong traits
Top competitors in this market/territory/region: RCP is main competitor in region
Day to Day
- Building and maintaining contractor relationships
- Managing distributor relationships, especially in light of recent transitions
- Supporting engineering specs and ensuring job wins
- Territory management across Northern Mississippi
- Associated with All ADS products
Other useful Info:
- Territory is well-established and growing (projected $10–$12M this year)
- Strong engineering specs already in place
- Ideal candidate may come from contractor background and transition into sales
- Equipment sales could be a possibility
