About The Role

The role serves as the primary engine for outbound pipeline generation, identifying target accounts and engaging decision-makers to secure qualified meetings for the sales team.

Operating within a metrics-driven SaaS environment, the position involves executing high-volume multichannel outreach to accelerate revenue growth and establish initial product interest.

• Execute high-volume daily outbound prospecting via cold calling, personalized email sequences, and Linked In Sales Navigator
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ideal customer profile criteria to ensure high pipeline quality
• Book qualified introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
• Conduct account research using Zoom Info, Salesforce, and Outreach to tailor messaging to specific technical pain points
• Maintain immaculate CRM hygiene by logging all prospect interactions, notes, and pipeline stages accurately
• Collaborate with sales management and marketing teams to test new messaging variants and target verticals

• 0-2 years of B2B sales, business development, or high-volume customer-facing experience in the technology sector
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the resilience to handle rejection in a target-driven setting
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
