Overview

OUTFRONT Media, a leading out-of-home media company, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support its Minneapolis sales team. The role combines advertising, media, and sales activities, providing hands‑on experience across campaign strategies, client partnerships, and revenue operations.

• Partner with Account Executives to develop media plans, proposals, presentations, and client‑facing materials.
• Coordinate pre‑sale and post‑sale activities, ensuring seamless activation from proposal to launch.
• Deliver exceptional client and agency support through proactive communication and problem‑solving.
• Support sales planning and business development by maintaining accurate records, tracking opportunities, and aiding reporting & forecasting.
• Leverage market, audience, and consumer insights to inform sales strategy and uncover new opportunities.
• Utilize industry‑leading sales, research, and business tools to aid decision‑making and campaign planning.
• Stay informed on advertising, media, and local market trends to enhance client strategies and propose innovative ideas.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency across the sales organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, agencies, media buyers, and clients.
• Serve as a trusted resource by managing requests, communicating clearly, and driving projects to completion.
• Represent OUTFRONT Media professionally, fostering a customer‑first mindset in all interactions.
• Take on additional projects that support team objectives and support personal growth.

• 1–2 years of professional experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Interest in advertising, media, marketing, sales, communications, or related fields.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in advertising, marketing, media, and sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Copilot).
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Slack is a plus.
• Familiarity with other CRM, collaboration, or sales technology platforms is desirable.
• Exposure to advertising, media, marketing, sales, or related industries is helpful.
