Role Overview

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Cybersecurity) at Service Now, you will be responsible for producing new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. You will accomplish this through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development strategies, and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory, or vertical. You will develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales, oversee client relationship mapping, and lead a broad virtual team.

• You will also be a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business and advising on how Service Now can help with their IT roadmap.

To be successful in this role, you will need 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations, experience in and knowledge of cybersecurity, and experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.

• 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations
• Experience in and knowledge of Cybersecurity
• Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
• Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships
• Experience achieving sales targets
• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving

• Base pay of $130,650 - $175,000
