Regular work, Samsung Experience Store 8006 – Bloomington, MN 55425.

$20 per hour. Part‑time retail schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Samsung and 2020 Companies are looking for passionate part‑time Sales Experience Specialists to create a vibrant, engaging atmosphere where customers discover Samsung products.

• Greet every customer with a welcoming and energetic attitude.
• Use open‑ended questions to uncover customer needs and provide personalized, perfect‑fit solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the entire sales journey.
• Provide basic device troubleshooting, diagnose mobile issues, and facilitate service tickets.
• Upsell product bundles and complementary items to encourage additional purchases.
• Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and positive word‑of‑mouth.
• Handle customer escalations with empathy, turning negative experiences into positive solutions.
• Complete all product, services and soft‑skills training to become a Samsung expert.
• Crush personal sales goals while helping the store hit overall performance targets.
