Sales Development Representative

Ready Credit is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound lead generation for our Account Executive team. High activity, real numbers, and a defined path into a closing role. Reports to the VP of Sales.

Ready Credit is a fintech and payments company with 20+ years of history and a patented platform. We operate 1,500+ kiosks across 120+ airports and venues in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, serving major airlines, sports venues, attractions, hospitality brands, and healthcare systems. Our partners aren't buying hardware — they're buying outsourced cash management, regulatory confidence, and measurable ROI.

• Prospect outbound across target accounts and verticals
• Open conversations with mid- to senior-level decision makers and uncover what's driving them
• Pitch our value proposition and handle objections with confidence
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the AE team, following through until the connection is made
• Track everything in CRM and review your KPIs weekly

• 2+ years in sales development with a track record of generating qualified leads
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills and a solution-selling instinct
• Organized, self-directed, and comfortable moving fast
• Willingness to travel as needed

• $50,000–$60,000 base, with commission bringing total comp up to $100,000
