Live Nation Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Ticket Sellers will be stationed in the box office and assist the Box Office Manager with all tasks and ticket sales for shows.;
Balance and reconcile daily/nightly ticket sales and cash drawers.;
Assist Manager/Supervisor with pricing initiatives such as Progressive, Platinum, Dynamic, Flex Pricing as well as Value Channels & Special Ticket Offers when applicable.;
Work with Premium Seat Sales/VIP on any nightly upgrades, primary inventory, reports etc.;
Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable customer service both in person and over the phone
