The Standard is seeking a Proposal Specialist (Sales Analyst) on the Employee Benefits team to manage the RFP process for new and growing business, blending relationship management, customer service, and analytical skills to deliver optimal outcomes for clients and internal partners.
In this role you will coordinate with Sales Representatives, Brokers, Underwriters, and Employers to ensure accurate, compelling proposals and will leverage Salesforce to track opportunities and pipeline.
