Building Opportunity Contracting is looking for experienced insurance restoration sales professionals who are ready to build a long-term career with a company they can trust. We specialize in residential/commercial storm restoration and retail roofing throughout Minnesota and are committed to doing business with integrity—from the first inspection to the final payment. We offer one of the most competitive commission structures in the industry and are dedicated to paying commissions promptly as jobs are completed.

• Go door-to-door to introduce our services and generate qualified leads.
• Confidently engage with homeowners, explain services, and set appointments.
• Be knowledgeable about roofing, siding, gutters, and windows (training provided).
• Visit clients’ homes to evaluate storm damage and discuss project options.
• Follow up with leads, maintain relationships, and close sales.
  
  Travel to storm-damaged areas or customer locations as needed.
• lead and assist a team of individuals to help move jobs through the pipeline.

• weekly performance-based commission draw (Weekly Pay)
• 50/50 commission negotiable overhead
• 1099 LLC Independent contractor
• 5% management pay per representative
• monthly gas card
