Membership Sales Associate
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Membership Sales Associate to play a key role in promoting and selling our fitness memberships. Building meaningful and lasting relationships with potential members is at the heart of what we do. Your professionalism and comprehensive understanding of our offerings, from general exercise and equipment to wellness programming, will guide your success in this role.
Responsibilities- Generate leads and new membership sales
- Understand prospects' needs and guide them towards suitable membership solutions.
- Create, coordinate, and manage promotional activities, both within and outside the center, to enhance center visibility.
- Establish and nurture relationships with local residential communities and businesses.
- Create opportunities for new business development and maintain relationships with existing and past clients.
- Focus on member retention and seek referrals.
- Create awareness of the center through community outreach and connectivity
- Grow profit centers through promotion of center services to new and prospective members
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience for center members
- Sustain and support membership retention through member engagement
- Provide needs analysis and personalized / customized site tours for potential members
- Other duties as assigned
- At least one year in a customer service role. Sales and/or membership experienced preferred
- Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and personable.
- Strong ability to multitask, self-direct, and achieve goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polished phone manner
- Capable of connecting with, inspiring, and motivating others.
- Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $17 - $18/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
