Sales Executive

The Role

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in the Minneapolis St. Paul area.

• Manage relationships with prospective tenants from first contact through signed lease
• Coordinate, schedule, and run property tours and showings
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients 32 keeping them informed and responsive to their needs
• Follow up consistently on leads, tours, and pending leases to keep deals moving
• Build long-term relationships with both property owners and tenants
• Track all activity and communication in our CRM
• Work closely with our internal team to ensure a smooth, professional experience for every client

• Strong people skills 2 you genuinely enjoy building relationships and managing clients
• Excellent communication, both written and in person
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tours, leads, and deals at once
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and quick to learn
• Self-driven, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Experience in real estate, leasing, sales, or account management is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to work on-site in the Minneapolis St. Paul area
