We are a growing Minnesota roofing and remodeling company looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable speaking with homeowners, and motivated to build a successful career in roofing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities
• Meet with homeowners and explain roofing options
• Conduct basic exterior inspections and document visible damage
• Help customers understand the insurance-claim or retail roofing process
• Prepare estimates, follow up with prospects, and close contracts
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project
• Work closely with project managers and production crews
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications:

• Roofing, construction, insurance-restoration, or sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Willing to canvass neighborhoods and generate new business
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
• Smartphone and basic computer skills
• Must be dependable, honest, and professional
