Senior Sales Manager
AWS is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager. Your responsibilities will include identifying innovative ways to improve outcomes for customers, driving revenue and adoption and helping refine the AWS strategy within this Enterprise segment. Your responsibilities will include building and managing a highly talented sales team focused on revenue, implementing solutions that work, creating key partnerships for scale, developing the public sector ecosystem, and building momentum in the market.
You will possess a technology sales management background that enables them to lead a team of senior sale representatives with engagements with channel partners and CXO level customers. You will be a self-starter who is prepared to own, define, develop and execute a geographic plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets while also being a strategic thinker.
- Lead a high performing sales team focused on delivering cloud services and solutions
- Create a clear partner and Professional Services strategy demonstrating the ability to scale reach and drive adoption and great customer experiences
- Develop the partner ecosystem and align strategy with the Amazon Partner Network (APN) team
- Coach and develop your sales team to make them successful
- Meet or exceed revenue targets
- Accelerate customer adoption
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Manage contract negotiations
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts

Basic Qualifications
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
- 5+ years of sales team management experience
- 10+ years of technology sales experience
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
