Sales Assistant

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Kia Minnetonka Sales Assistant to support our negotiation-free, customer-first sales process. In this on-site role, you'll greet customers, assist with vehicle showings and test drives, and help prepare paperwork and digital records. You'll maintain product knowledge of Kia models, keep the lot and showroom organized, and coordinate basic follow-up communication. This position offers hands-on training, clear growth opportunities into sales roles, and the chance to contribute to a transparent, team-driven dealership culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Support sales consultants with test drives, vehicle presentations, and paperwork preparation
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kia models, features, and pricing
• Ensure vehicles are customer-ready, organized, and properly displayed
• Coordinate appointments, follow-up calls, and basic customer communications
• Update CRM and internal systems with accurate customer and vehicle information
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Follow Walser's one-price, negotiation-free process and customer service standards
