Field Canvassing Team Lead

Erie Home, a national leader in residential roofing and exterior remodeling, is seeking a Field Canvassing Team Lead to drive neighborhood outreach and lead-generation efforts. In this role, you will recruit, train, and coach a team of field canvassers, coordinate door-to-door campaigns, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants. You will track performance metrics, ensure scripts and branding are followed, and represent Erie Home professionally while promoting our premium, energy-efficient roofing solutions to homeowners in local communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of field canvassers in assigned territories
• Execute door-to-door campaigns to generate qualified roofing leads
• Train and coach team members on scripts, objections, and professionalism
• Schedule in-home appointments for sales representatives
• Track daily and weekly performance metrics and report results
• Coordinate territory planning and coverage to meet lead goals
• Ensure brand standards and customer service expectations are met in the field
• Collaborate with sales management to align canvassing goals with sales targets
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new canvassers
• Represent Erie Home professionally in residential neighborhoods
