Atlas Toyota Material Handling, LLC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Transportation & Logistics Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you'll coordinate quotes, proposals, and order processing for material handling equipment, maintain accurate CRM data, and prepare sales reports. You'll liaise between customers, the sales team, and internal departments to schedule demos, deliveries, and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth sales cycle.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, customer focused, and comfortable in a fast paced, team driven dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Support sales team with quotes, proposals, and order processing for material handling equipment
- Maintain and update CRM records, pipelines, and customer information
- Coordinate demos, deliveries, and service appointments with internal departments
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
- Respond to customer inquiries and route leads to appropriate sales consultants
- Track open orders and ensure timely follow-up and communication
- Assist with preparation of presentations and sales materials
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with operations/logistics
- Support contract and documentation preparation for deals
- Contribute to a customer-focused, team-oriented sales culture
Required Skills
- CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, basic reporting)
- Microsoft PowerPoint or presentation tools
- Order processing systems/ERP familiarity
- Data entry and database management
- Sales reporting and forecasting basics
- Customer relationship management
- Written and verbal business communication
- Time management and task prioritization
- Basic understanding of transportation & logistics terminology
