VENA Interventional Territory Manager for GE Health Care’s interventional imaging and invasive monitoring products. Responsibilities include conveying compelling value propositions, leading opportunities, developing and presenting solutions-based proposals and quotations, closing complex clinical/technical sales and responding to customers' clinical/technical questions.
Establish and continuously develop relationships with departmental and technical decision makers, including interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, interventional radiologists, vascular and cardiothoracic surgeons, neuro-radiologists and neurosurgeons
, and technologists.
As a GE Health Care Authorized Representative
, responsibilities include working with GEHC Account Executives and Imaging Account Managers to help build successful strategies and drive opportunities to a close. Create business and territory plan for assigned accounts including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies and installed base targets.
Create and maintain opportunities in SFDC. Prospect for new business in territory through installed base analysis and activate marketing programs. Estimate date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the production and delivery schedules, and work with the customer to help ensure seamless installation. Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years selling experience. Previous experience in the healthcare industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Strong presentation skills. Strong relationship building skills.
VENA Interventional Territory Manager must reside in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Territory includes Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
Desired Characteristics: proven experience and success selling into the interventional suite and operating room. Track record of breaking into competitive accounts. Experience with interventional products. Hospital executive relationship-building skills.
