Sales Advisor

Bob Boldt HVAC, LLC is seeking a Sales Advisor to grow HVAC wholesale sales within our Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you'll build and maintain contractor relationships, qualify leads, prepare quotes, and recommend HVAC equipment, parts, and indoor air quality solutions. You'll collaborate with our operations team to ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and exceptional customer support. Ideal candidates combine strong technical aptitude with consultative selling skills and clear communication, reflecting our customer-first, integrity-driven culture and commitment to craftsmanship and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with HVAC contractors and trade customers
• Qualify leads and conduct consultative sales calls
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and proposals for HVAC equipment and parts
• Recommend appropriate HVAC and indoor air quality solutions based on customer needs
• Coordinate with operations/warehouse for accurate ordering and on-time delivery
• Maintain CRM records, pipelines, and sales activity reports
• Stay current on HVAC products, rebates, and manufacturer programs
• Support occasional site visits, counter sales, and customer trainings
• Handle customer issues with professionalism and timely resolution
• Contribute feedback on market trends and competitive activity
