Compensation & Earning Potential

We offer a compensation structure designed to provide income stability while you build your territory, along with uncapped earning potential as your business grows.

Your First 6 Months

• $84,000 annualized compensation
• Includes a $36,000 annual base salary plus a minimum commission of $4,000 per month
• If your earned commission exceeds the monthly guarantee,
  you receive the higher earned commission
• No cap on commissions

After Your First 6 Months

• $36,000 annual base salary
• 10% commission, uncapped
• Commission is earned on both new and existing business within your territory

What Can You Earn?

• Typical annual earnings:$100,000–$200,000+
• High performers can earn:$250,000+
• Our highest-producing Territory Managers have the opportunity to earn significantly more

Your income grows as you develop new dealership partnerships and increase production throughout your territory. This role is ideal for an experienced salesperson who wants the security of a guaranteed income while establishing the territory and the opportunity to substantially increase earnings through performance.
