• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
• History of successful leadership, sales, or marketing experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving goals
• Not licensed? No problem. We'll support you as you earn your SIE, Series 7, Series 66, and Life/Health certifications

• Competitive first-year earnings of $40,000-$120,000
