In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time)

Pay Rate: $26.55 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and commissions. Part‑time schedule: 5 evenings per week, 4:05pm‑9:00pm. This is a local, in‑home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences.

This entry‑level role provides hands‑on sales experience and technical support. You will serve, solve, and sell using our Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach.

• Meet customers in‑home, in‑office, or on the road during scheduled appointments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers find suitable solutions.
• Leverage product knowledge to offer tailored solutions and close sales.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to build confidence and technical skills.
• Travel up to 120 miles one way to meet customers in the surrounding neighborhoods and cities.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan) and personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles).
• Personal cellphone for communication while on the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
• Outgoing, customer‑focused, and eager to learn new skills.

• Guaranteed base hourly rate for all hours worked, paid bi‑weekly.
• Uncapped commissions based on sales performance, paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines, paid weekly.
• $35 phone stipend, paid monthly.
• Three‑week paid training program.
