• Client Engagement:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with local families and business owners in the Saint Paul area.
• Insurance Solutions:
  Evaluate client needs to recommend tailored coverage options, making complex policies easy to understand.
• Sales & Growth:
  Proactively identify prospective clients, follow up on leads, and achieve agency sales targets.
• Service & Support:
  Assist existing policyholders with policy updates, billing inquiries, coverage changes, and claim processing assistance.
• Community Connection:
  Act as a brand ambassador in the heart of Saint Paul, delivering exceptional service that drives client retention and referrals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail (insurance experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a detailed, organized approach to administrative tasks.
• A self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
