North Rising Star is looking for an Events Assistant to join our Minneapolis team and support the delivery of customer-facing campaigns at retail and event locations.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll interact directly with members of the public, represent client campaigns, create positive customer experiences, and help generate new customer interest and acquisitions.

• Support client campaigns at retail and event locations
• Engage with customers and start face-to-face conversations
• Introduce products, services, and current campaign offers
• Answer questions and build customer interest
  
  Contribute to sales and new customer acquisitions
• Work alongside the team to achieve campaign goals
• Help create a positive experience for customers throughout each campaign

• Confident and comfortable interacting with new people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, and reliable
• Comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment
• Motivated to learn and take on new responsibilities

Experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, or other people-facing roles is preferred, but we’re open to candidates from different backgrounds who demonstrate the right attitude and communication skills.

• Weekly base pay plus additional performance-related earnings

This is a full-time, in-person position in the Minneapolis area and involves proactively engaging with customers at retail and event locations. It is not a remote or hybrid role.
